Four CARSTAR Stores Recognized for Delivering Outstanding CSI

OVERLAND PARK, KS (September 26, 2011) – The CARSTAR Nation met in Seattle this week to recognize the best CARSTAR stores and representatives across the United States.  CARSTAR CEO David Byers honored each winner on stage and presented their awards during the annual awards ceremony on Sunday evening.


Customer service is one of the hallmarks of the CARSTAR culture, and CARSTAR is proud to maintain an average customer satisfaction rating of 98 percent or better.  Each year, CARSTAR honors the top stores in customer satisfaction in four tiered sales levels with the Outstanding CSI awards. The CSI ranking reflects on the ongoing survey feedback received from customers based on their CARSTAR experiences. The winners included:



Wayne Gould, owner of POW Collision CARSTAR, wins Outstanding CSI Level 1 award. 


·         In Level 1, the Outstanding CSI winner was POW Collision CARSTAR in Newfane, NY, and owner Wayne Gould


Tom Richardson, owner of Gilman Autobody CARSTAR, wins Outstanding CSI Level 2 award.


·         In Level 2, the Outstanding CSI recipient was Gilman Autobody CARSTAR in Issaquah, WA, owned by Tom Richardson



Eric Grossman, owner of Eric's Auto Center CARSTAR, wins Outstanding CSI Level 3 award.


·         The honoree for Outstanding CSI  Level 3 was Eric’s Auto Center CARSTAR in Tuscon, AZ, owned by Eric Grossman



Gerald Wicklund, owner of Wicklund's CARSTAR Collision Center, accepts Outstanding CSI for Level 4 award.


·         And for Outstanding CSI for Level 4, the award went to Wicklund’s CARSTAR Collision Center, in Liberty, MO, owned by Gerald Wicklund, the second generation owner of the first franchise in the CARSTAR family


·         The winning store for Overall Outstanding CSI was Wicklund’s CARSTAR Collision Center
